STORY
Founded in 2001, Jakeli Wines has been producing wine commercially since 2008 and has been making solely traditional Georgian Qvevri wine since 2018. They produce up to 1,000 cases of wine annually, using oak and stainless steel containers for fermentation and aging. Jakeli Wines has a 6 hectare vineyard where they cultivate rare local grape varietals. They are a member of the Natural Wine Association.

Jakeli Wines is located in Georgia’s eastern Kakheti region famous for its wine production. The winery has vineyards in the village Khashmi, 760 meters above sea level with views of the impressive Caucasus Mountains and the rich Alazani River Valley.
