Founded in 2002 as Zurab Kviriashvili Vineyards LTD, the company began construction of a new cellar in Telavi that seats 12 Qvevri vessels with a quantity of 9 tons total.
They cultivate their wines with traditional Georgian methods across several local villages, dry-farming and harvesting manually over a 5.5 hectares.
Producing up to 500 bottles a year, their wines have participated in international exhibitions.
Zurab Kviriashvili Vineyards is a member of the Natural Wine Association.

The winery sits by the impressive Caucasus Mountains in the village of Telavi, approximately 95 kilometers from the nation's capital Tbilisi.
