Established by the Zerakidze brothers, the “Zenishi” wine cellar is located in Khashmi, a well-known historic site of the Kakheti region in Georgia.
The wine production process involves storing and ageing the wine in qvevri vessels buried in the ground during the year.
Zenishi Winery combines Georgian traditional approaches and modern technological advances in its final product.
Zenishi owns 2.3 hectares of vine, and also buys grapes. Their winery, with its vineyard, is located in a controlled zone. They only have one type of grapes at their vineyard but produce several types of wine.
