Khidistauri Wine Cellar is located in Georgia’s historic Kartli region, in the mountainous Khidistavi village. The vineyards are cultivated at 580 meters above sea level, just below the flowing Mtkvari River. This region produces several rare grape varietals, which the winery farms organically.
