Khashmi Family Winery / Georgian Treasure LTD was established by enthusiastic young entrepreneurs in 2012. These entrepreneurs became interested in Georgian wines, studied traditional winemaking methods and introduced ‘Khashmi Saperavi’ and ‘Saperavi’ to the public. These wines are produced using Georgian traditional winemaking methods from Saperavi grapes grown in the Khashmi Village. The winery crafts all natural wines exclusively from their own grapes and without additions or filtering.

Khashmi Family Winery’s vineyards stretch across 10 hectares on the southwestern side of the Gombori Ridge hills, east of the Iori River. The winery is located in Georgia’s eastern Kakheti region famous for its history of wine production and its fertile climate for cultivating several rare local grape varietals.
