STORY
The current capacity grew out of a long-standing family tradition of making qvevri wines.
They use only local grape varieties from aged non-irrigated vineyards, with an objective to demonstrate the scope and ability of these original grapes to make various types of fine wines.

They have 2 hectares of their own vines, and currently, purchase grapes from selected small-scale family farms and exclusively from vineyards that are older than 20 years.
