Dimna Wine Cellar cultivates local Imeretian grape varietals with traditional Georgian methods, harvesting all grapes organically with no filtration or chemical additives. Grapes are dried in glass vessels, stainless steel cisterns, and pitchers.
Dimna Wine Cellar is a member of the Natural Wine Association.

Dimna Wine Cellar sits in the hilly western Imereti Region known for its winemaking and agriculture. Dimna is approximately 220 kilometers west of Georgia’s capital Tbilisi, resting beside the Khanistskali River, a tributary of the Rioni River which flows into the Black Sea. Imereti’s humid subtropical climate provides fertile conditions for winemaking.
