Blui’s Wine was founded by Irakli Blui in Akura, where the company makes fine, natural wines of their own grapes. The winery prides itself on producing traditional qvevri wines with Georgian methods dating back more than 8,000 years, as they harvest and cultivate grape varietals indigenous to the region.

Blui’s Wine sits in Georgia’s eastern Kakheti region famous for its winemaking history and its fertile climate for winemaking. The winery faces the Tsiv-Gombori Range to the south and is nestled among the curves of the Vantiskhevi River at approximately 600 meters above sea level.
