Characterized by balanced acidity and soft, velvety tannins, flavors of spices and dried fruits, especially dominated by the aroma of dried apricots with long ends. It is distinguished by special elegance, durability and aroma.
VINIFICATION
It is fermented by the traditional method, common in western Georgia - in contact with chacha in SATSNAKHELI (a linden wooden boat shaped vat for stomping grapes) for up to a month.
