Notes: This wine has a dark ruby color and an aroma of different flowers and honey. It is rich in tannins, with tones of ripening cherry, blackberry, black plum, dried fruit, and oak that are harmonically balanced. It has a long aroma.
VINIFICATION
It is made according to modern and ancient Georgian technologies and is fermented together with the husks, the main stalk, and a bunch of grapes.
