Grape Variety: Saperavi
Notes: This wine is very aromatic, full of life and fruits. It has dark cherry color, with berry aromas, especially in the foreground comes black currant, followed by a pleasant cherry aroma. Aromas of black plum are very noticeable. It is full-bodied, rich in tannins, with balanced acidity. This wine is unfiltered with low sulfites.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Great with red meat meat, fish, seafood, cheeses.
VINIFICATION
This wine was fermented in qvevri, with skins for two weeks. Then, aged in qvevries.
