VINIFICATION
To make Chardonnay – Kisi Amber wine we use traditional Georgian method of vinification for French grape variety (Chardonnay) and Georgian grape variety (Kisi) and winemaker has made the perfect assemblage. Wine has been vinified and aged in 1.2 Tonne Qvevri.
