STORY

Tedzami Wines is a small winery on only 0.5 hectares, which is located at Garikula village, in the region of Shida Kartli. The name “Tedzami” is a tribute to the terroir of this area, which is developed a magnificent view along the Tedzami valley and river.

This winery started in 2016 by producing Chinuri and Shavkapito – two main endemic grape varieties of the Kartli region.

Today, we have 8 different wines, including Pinot Noir which he made on 100% skin in qvevri.

All the wines are made in qvevri by traditional Georgian technology. Recently, they are trying to find their own style of wine, more rebel, less conventional, and 100% natural.
