Oreste Wine Estate believes in the importance of indigenous grapes like the Kisi, Mtsvane, and Rkatsiteli to reflect the terroir of Kistauri.
Pairing these native grapes with our natural vinification process, including artisanal manual methods and the use of indigenous yeast.
Oreste grapes are fermented and macerated for 6 months on their skins, followed by 12 months of aging in qvevri.
