STORY
Founded in 2012 as a family cellar, Naotari maintains their family’s generations-old practice of making traditional Georgian wine with historic methods in qvevri. They value sustainable and organic harvesting practices, caring very deeply for their vineyard and the production of healthy Rkatsiteli, Khikhvi, and Saperavi grapes; they produce up to 3,000 bottles annually.
Naotari is a member of the Natural Wine Association.

Naotari has three hectares of vineyard in the small Chikaani village nestled in the foothills of the Caucasus. The winery overlooks the fertile Alazani River Valley, which is known for its history of producing fine natural wine from rare local grape varieties.
