Monastris Nobati, which translates to the “Gift of the Monastery”, is located high in the southwestern mountains of Georgia. The elevation and location are evident in the company’s Saperavi and its unique taste, full of harmonious tannins and exploding with cherry and berry notes.
The winery proudly produces traditional Georgian wines with organic practices and methods dating back millennia.

Monastris Nobati sits in the small town of Adigeni, located at the Akhaltsi structural basin on the northern bank of the Kvabliani River. The winery is at an altitude of 1,240 meters above sea level, where the climate is suitable for the cultivation of several unique Georgian wines.
