STORY

Georgian Wine House was founded in 1996 in Gori. The winery is very engaged in producing wines of high quality, ensuring the use of modern winemaking equipment, while using traditional winemaking techniques with qvevri, which date back older than 8,000 years.

The winery owns vineyards in the Kvareli and Gurjaani municipalities in Georgia’s most popular and productive winemaking region.

Georgian Wine House was originally founded in Georgia’s historic western Kartli region, and now has vineyards in the eastern Kakheti region famous for its wine production and its suitable climate for cultivating rare indigenous grape varietals. The winery sits in the foothills of the Caucasus Mountains overlooking the fertile Alazani River Valley. The winery’s office is located near the village of Gurjaani in Kakheti.
