STORY
Besini Winery, founded in 2004, is named after the Georgian word for sacrificial wine. Grapes are grown in the Kakheti region and the winery has become known for its dedication to vinification and the excellence of its wines.
Currently, Besini owns more than 250 hectares of vineyards, runs the biggest vine nursery in Georgia, and successfully exports wines to 15 different countries.

Besini Winery sits in the foothills of the Gombori Mountains in Georgia’s eastern Kakheti region, which is famous for its wine production. The region’s climate and its fertile Alazani River Valley soil offers perfect conditions for cultivating several rare indigenous grape varieties.
