Founded in 2009, Baghdati Estates has since been a family owned and operated vineyard, and they continue to produce traditional Georgian wine with organic processes, alongside classical European wines. The winery harvests the region’s unique local grape varietals and ages all wine naturally, producing up to 250 bottles annually.
Baghdati Estates is a member of the Natural Wine Association.

Baghdati Estates is located in the historic Imereti region of western Georgia, alongside the river Khanistkali in the mountains. The winery sits in a humid subtropical climate in fertile conditions for winemaking, and is approximately 200 kilometers west of Georgia’s capital Tbilisi.
