Founded in 2014, Akhmeta Wine House seeks to uphold their family practice of winemaking along with traditional Georgian winemaking methods. They are dedicated to farming all grapes organically and with natural processes, farming several regional grape varieties over vineyards in neighboring towns as well.
Akhmeta Wine House has participated in national wine competitions and is a member of the Natural Wine Association.

Akhmeta Wine House sits at the junction of three rivers in the fertile Kakheti region, a region known for its winemaking history. At 550 meters above sea level, the winery sits in the heart of the Alazani River Valley in an ideal climate for growing organic grapes, with views of the nearby Caucasus Mountains.
