STORY

With their first vintage produced in 1920, Chateau Napareuli refines their craft of natural wine production to produce the finest Kakhetian wine using local grape varietals. The winery currently harvests 0.15 hectares of Kisi and Mtsvane grapes along with one hectare of Saperavi and one hectare of Shiraz, producing up to 1000 bottles annually. All grapes are processed organically as the wine is made with traditional Georgian methods in qvevri, without any additives.

Chateau Napareuli is located on the southern slopes of the Caucasus in the Kakheti region, one of the most fertile regions of the country for winemaking. Approximately 120 kilometers northeast of the nation’s capital Tbilisi, Chateau Napareuli offers sweeping views of the Caucasus range and the Alazani river valley.
