Artevani Bottle Display

Region: Kakheti
Appellation: Kakheti

Unique terroir red wines under the brand Artevani are made in Georgia’s historic Kakheti region from the organically grown Saperavi grape variety. Artevani’s primary focus is on product quality, therefore wines are produced in limited quantities. Artevani produces organic wines with traditional Georgian winemaking methods in qvevri, and their facilities have been updated with the latest modern equipment.

While Artistan Winery is currently operated by Giorgi Tsiskrashvili and his partner Mamuka Totosashvili, the Tsiskrashvili family has been producing wine for centuries. Giorgi and Mamuka began planning to build their winery in 2012, when they were studying in the Tsinandali Wine Institute, and after several years of continued work in economics and viticulture they partnered to begin winemaking in 2016.  Artisan Winery produces Qvevri wines from Saperavi and Kisi grape varietals and Rose from the Tavkveri grape varietal. The company’s goal is to produce Qvevri wine with a blend of traditional methods and European knowledge to create the highest quality wine possible.

Artizani Vineyards

Region: Kakheti

Artizani is a small winery established in 2015 by three friends. Translated from French, ‘Artizani’ means master who works with his hands, without using technologies. The main winemaking goal is to produce aromatic wines, rich with fermentation and primary fruit aromas, harmonious, well-balanced, revealing the inherent characteristics of terroir. Wines are made using natural winemaking techniques and wild yeast, without sulfites, and bottled unfiltered. Mainly produced wine, Saperavi, comes from Khashmi, Kakheti.
Every year, the winery tries making wines with different endemic varietals from different terroirs: 2016 welcomed Saperavi Rose, and 2017 welcomed a blend of Mtsvane and Rkatsiteli from Manavi.

Asatiani Chveshura Valley Scenic

Region: Lechkhumi
Appellation: Tvishi

Asatiani Wine Cellar produces unique wines with traditional Georgian methods, farming the local Tsolikauri grapes with organic practices and producing the finest quality natural wine. The owners of Asatiani Wine Cellar have also collaborated with other winemakers to found another wine production company, Wine Thieves, in Georgia.

Asatiani Cellar is a member of the Natural Wine Association.

Askaneli Bottle Display

Region: Guria, Kakheti
Appellation: Kakheti

The history of the Askaneli Brothers began in the village Askana in the region of Guria, where the first winemaking recorded there dates as early as 1880, by the Askaneli Brothers’ ancestors. Eighteen years ago, the brothers returned to the practice of their ancestors, founding the company and revitalizing wine production in hopes to inspire growth of Georgian wine culture internationally.

The Askaneli Brothers also own wineries in Kakheti – zone of Kindzmarauli and Guria – district of Ozurgeti, village Bakhvi. Saving of one of the most unique species of wine called Chkhaveri is connected with the efforts of Askaneli Brothers. The company also produces several fine varieties of brandy and traditional chacha.

Babaneuris Harvesters Faces

Region: Kakheti

Babaneuris Marani produces wine with traditional Georgian methods dating back more than 8,000 years, as wines are fermented and aged in qvevri earthenware buried underground. The vineyard overlooks Kakheti’s major historic and cultural sites while wines are produced from Saperavi, Mtsvane, Kisi and Rkatsiteli grape varietals on their 11 hectare territory.

Badagoni Thumb Faces

Region: Kakheti

Founded in 2006, Badagoni Wines has enjoyed outstanding success with a range of site-specific local wines that are among the best in Georgia. Following the unique Georgian traditions of winemaking and at the same time using the most advanced technologies and scientific knowledge existing in the wine industry, Badagoni continues to grow annually, offering a wide range of wines and which are exported internationally.

The company’s wine-making is led by Dr. Donato Lanati, one of the top five enologists and a winner of the “Oscar del Vino” award. The Badagoni Family also prides itself on its partnership with Alaverdi Monastery, which was built in the 9thcentury and produces the “Alaverdi Tradition” line of wines. Recently, the company has collaborated with famous Italian companies Bertolaso and Enotec. Their production is currently at 6,000 bottles.


Baghdati Qvevri Buried

Region: Imereti

Founded in 2009, Baghdati Estates has since been a family owned and operated vineyard, and they continue to produce traditional Georgian wine with organic processes, alongside classical European wines. The winery harvests the region’s unique local grape varietals and ages all wine naturally, producing up to 250 bottles annually.

Baghdati Estates is a member of the Natural Wine Association.

Bagrationi Winery 1

Region: Kartli
Appellation: Atenuri (or Ateni), Kakheti

Founded in 1937 as the first specialized enterprise producing sparkling wine in Georgia, Bagrationi is the leader of the Georgian sparkling wine market today. The company owns vineyards in Georgia’s famous winemaking regions of Kakheti, Kartli, and Imereti, cultivating several rare indigenous grape varietals that yield unique flavors and rich wines. Bagrationi is equipped with the latest modern technology and exports internationally while enjoying local success as well.

Baias Wine Vineyards

Region: Imereti

Baia’s Wine is a small family winery in Obcha Village that brings new life and energy to the winemaking scene. Their wines all involve some level of skin contact, and most are made in qvevri, while some are produced in stainless steel. Baia’s family has been producing wine for over three generations.

Baia’s Wine is now a member of the Natural Wine Association.

Barbale Grapes

Region: Bolnisi, Kartli

Barbale Wines prides itself on producing unique vintages with traditional Georgian methods passed down for centuries, in the Kartli region famous for its winemaking history. The winery cultivates local grape varieties with unique flavors to produce the finest natural wine.

Batono Vineyards

Region: Kakheti
Appellation: Kakheti

Founded in 2003, Batono Wine Company prides itself in committing to growing, producing, and selling finest quality wines by merging traditions with modern winemaking technologies. The three categories of wine Batono is proud to produce are: standard; exquisite (qvevri wines); and sparkling wine (Luciano) using Italian technology. The company cultivates indigenous Georgian grape varietals Saperavi, Alexandrouli, Mujuretuli, Rkatsiteli, Kakhuri Mtsvane, Kisi and Khikhvi and maintains full production cycle with strict quality control standards.

Begaso Grapes

Region: Kakheti
Appellation: Kakheti

We embarked on our journey to something already well known and well nestled in our identity in the year of 2015 first by planting the vineyard on 22Ha land in Kakheti region of Georgia, and later by establishing BEGASO winery in close proximity to the vineyard. Our family is thrilled to cultivate multiple varieties of grapes such as Saperavi, Kisi, Khikhvi, Mtsvane, Rkatsiteli and Rkatsiteli Rose. All grapes are grown organically awaiting for the bio certification which is due in the fall of 2019 during harvest time. BEGASO brand new winery is no more than 10 km away from the vineyard, that makes transportation of harvested grapes extremely quick and easy. There are 20 qvevries with the capacity of 1,000-1,500 L buried in the cellar of the winery. With the years to come we aim to increase the number of qvevries to meet our future needs. Underneath the cellar we have a specious storage room, enoteca . In addition to all this, winery has 10 guest rooms featured with internet, TV, air conditioner and heating. Each room has specious bathroom with toilet, shower and hair dryer. Most importantly, winery is operated by the family whose members are dedicated to hard work and providing an unforgettable experience for every guest visiting

Besini Winery

Region: Kakheti
Appellation: Teliani, Tsinandali

Besini Winery, founded in 2004, is named after the Georgian word for sacrificial wine. Grapes are grown in the Kakheti region and the winery has become known for its dedication to vinification and the excellence of its wines. Currently Besini owns more than 250 hectares of vineyards, runs the biggest vine nursery in Georgia and successfully exports wines to 15 different countries.

BG Wines Vineyards

BG Wines proudly produces the finest natural Georgian wine as they aspire towards far reaching success in domestic and international markets. The company harvests rare local grape varieties from their vineyards with organic practices to ensure the best quality product.

Bibineishvili Vineyards 1

Region: Adjara

Originally founded as a family cellar in 2006, Bibineishvili Wines was incorporated and renamed in 2015, and has been producing bio-organic wine for many years. Now employing current technology, Binineishvili Wines produces a variety of wines with elevated tastes.

They are a member of the Natural Wine Association.

Binekhi Mtsvane

Region: Kartli

Founded in 1994, Binekhi Winery makes premium red and amber wines and spirits from indigenous Georgian grape varities harvested on best terroirs with limited crops. Vinification happens with creative interpretation and experimentation based on 8,000 years of winemaking tradition. Binekhi is committed to excellence and has won many awards at competitions in Germany, Japan, the US, and greater Eurasia. The company owns 90 hectares of vineyard over several Georgian regions, with 35 hectares cultivating unique indigenous grape varietals.

Blui’s Wine was founded by Irakli Blui in Akura, where the company makes fine, natural wines of their own grapes. The winery prides itself on producing traditional qvevri wines with Georgian methods dating back more than 8,000 years, as they harvest and cultivate grape varietals indigenous to the region.

Boisa Owner Cellar Face

Boisa Wines was founded by Vladimir Boisa after he completed his career as a professional athlete and had the time to pursue his passion for traditional Georgian winemaking. Originally a basketball player, Boisa traveled and played internationally, representing the Georgian national team and taking the position as vice president of the Georgian Basketball Association following his playing career. He then turned to his love for the rich traditions in Georgian wine culture, expanding to brandy production as well.

Boisa produces all wines with the ancient qvevri methods dating back 8,000 years and harvests indigenous grape varietals to make the finest quality brandies and wine.
