Notes: Saperavi has a strong body and unforgettable deep scarlet color. The Saperavi red wine contains natural sulfites and is allowed to include natural sediment.
The grapes are pressed and then the juice with the skin are put in the qvevri. After this process, the qvevri is sealed and stored for 6 months, where it is naturally fermented. This process allows the wine to preserve all the natural ingredients and have a strong taste and aroma. After 6 months, the wine is taken out of the qvevri and stored in the stainless-steel barrels, before bottling
