A thick black wine, rich in brambling black fruits. Intense fruit and tannin, with a long layered finish. A one of a kind powerful Saperavi.

Everything is done by hand by Soliko and his family. He destems the grapes and then presses into the traditional Georgian clay winemaking vessel called Qvevri. After a spontaneous fermentation, the wine remains in the qvevri for about six months.
