A beautiful dark pomegranate color and a bouquet of ripe cherry, black currant and coffee-like notes are followed by full round flavors of dark fruits, tobacco and black pepper.

VINIFICATION
Made in qvevri. Following open air fermentation and maceration the wine is racked into a new qvevri, sealed air-tight and aged for six months and then bottled.
