Notes: This wine contains natural sulfites, and is allowed to include natural sediment. This wine is pale green in color and has a fresh taste.
VINIFICATION
After the harvesting, the grapes are pressed and separated from the skin, then stored in the qvevri for 6 months. The specificity of the variety requires a more lightweight way of natural fermentation, therefore it was decided against storage with the skin
