Notes: This wine is very aromatic with intense notes of field flower, followed by dried grass and dried apricot, peach. It is characterized by balanced medium acidity and balanced tannins, full-bodied. This wine is unfiltered with low sulfites.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Great with white meat, fish, seafood, cheeses

VINIFICATION

The wine is fermented in qvevri with skin contact for 6 months. After, it is moved to qvevries for aging for 1 year.
