TASTING NOTES
A lovely amber hue in the glass with a touch of intentional cloudiness. Ripe stone fruits, wild flower aromas meet the nose, followed by flavors mix of apple peel, sweet spices, hazelnut. Acidity runs through out as you finish dry with firm slightly chalky tannin. A food lovers delight.

Roast chicken with apples, chakapuli (lamb stew)
VINIFICATION
Qvevri, maceration for 6 months. Koba, uses only naturally occurring sulfites and does not filter his wine.
