It is bright amber in color. On the nose, sweet and subtle aromas come to the fore showing candied hazelnuts and herbal notes. The palate has spicy and vibrant tones amplified by assertive tannic grip and high alcohol (13.9%). The wine is expressive and well rounded with a lengthy finish. Pairs well with grilled vegetables, medium-well cooked pork-skewers (Mtsvadi), and boiled beef (Khashlama), Lamb Chakapuli. Please Serve it to 14-16 °C.
