Winery Zodi was founded by Nino Buskhrikidze in 2019 in the village of Zodi, Chiatura district, which owns a 215-square-meter building with a wine cellar.
Vineyards are located in the village of Zodi and in the village of Chikha in Sachkhere.
Winery Zodi produces 6 types of wine in the qvevri by the traditional method: Kvishkhuri, Aladasturi, Dzelshavi, Tsitska Tsolikouri, and Saperavi. The most notable is Kvishkhuri, which is a unique species and is made only in our cellar.
