Tedo Gzirishvili has been practicing viticulture and winemaking since 1985. In his own family cellar, Tedo produces Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, and Mtsvane Kakhuri wines from grapes harvested from organic vineyards. Wines are produced in the traditional method – in kvevri – as well as using European technology, in stainless steel tanks. Their vineyard is harvested and tended with all organic processes, and to date Tedos Marani produces a limited quantity of 500 bottles annually.
Tedos Marani is a member of the Natural Wine Association.

Located in the village of Sagarejo in Georgia’s eastern Kakheti region, Tedos Marani sits on the banks of the flowing Iori River overlooking the fertile Alazani River Valley and the impressive Caucasus Mountains.
