Tavankari

Tavankari is a young winery, but one that grew out of decades of tradition and family history of winemaking. Generations of this family winery have cared for the vineyards with love and perfected the wine year over year. The word Tavankari refers to this love and affection for one’s craft, which is how the ancient Georgians described the purest and finest wines. Tavankari only uses the finest grapes that they choose very carefully, assuring the best timing for their growth and transition to maturation, resulting in a delicate wine, aged to perfection, with a balanced bouquet and harmonious aroma. Tavankari seeks to produce the finest possible natural wine with traditional Georgian methods dating back thousands of years.
