Matiashvilis Cellar is situated in the fertile Kakheti region in the Tibaani microzone, where the villages of Tibaani and Jugaani share land devoted to vineyards. The region’s history of winemaking dates back centuries, as its climate has the perfect conditions for viticulture. The winery looks on the Alazani River Valley and impressive Caucasus Mountains to the north.
