Makharebeli Winery’s founders have been cultivating grapes and making wine since 1999, founding Makharebeli in 2009 on their own 2.5 hectare territory. The winery produces fine natural and bioorganic wines with traditional Georgian methods and all organically.

Makharebeli Winery has a 2.5 hectare vineyard located in the Alazani River Valley, in Georgia’s most famous winemaking region of Kakheti. The winery sits in the foothills of the mountains and looks over the valley and the impressive Caucasus Mountains to the north.
