STORY
Guram Beruashvili Winery makes its wines in qvevris, utilizing both traditional Georgian and European winemaking methods. Fermentation occurs with naturally occurring yeast. The .5 hectare vineyard is currently producing grapes, while the other .5 hectare of the plot has recently been planted with new vines. The following grape varieties are grown: Chinuri, Guruli Mtsvane, Saperavi, Tavkveri, Dzelshavi.

Guram Beruashvili Winery is located in the historic Kartli region, approximately 94 kilometers west of Georgia’s capital Tbilisi. The winery sits south of the flowing Mtkvari River, where the natural surroundings and climate conditions provide for growing of rare local high-quality grapes.
