Originally founded by the family’s great-grandfather at the end of the 19th century, Dimis Ferdobi upholds their legacy by using traditional vinification methods and native grape varietals. To date, they produce as much as 1,500 bottles of white, 500 red, and 300 rose, farming organically. They are in the process of biodynamic certification.
Dimis Ferdobi is a member of the Natural Wines Association.

Dimis Ferdobi sits on the east side of the Khanistkali River, in the Imereti region. Historically known for its agriculture, this region’s humid subtropical climate cultivates healthy conditions for wine making.
